Schedule: We offer in-person and virtual counselling sessions to accommodate a variety of schedules. Our clinic is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, with select holiday hours.

Location: 402 West Pender, Downtown Vancouver (Unit #604) Buzz #604 and we will let you in. Our office is located on the 6th floor. Please arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled appointment.

With over 9 years of clinical experience and 16+ years in the behavioural sciences, I bring a structured, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. Before becoming a clinical counsellor, I spent 10 years working with children, youth, and families in roles including Preschool Teacher, Education Assistant, and Child and Youth Care Worker with the Surrey School Board. I also worked for 4 years as a Residential Program Coordinator at Phoenix Society, supporting individuals navigating complex mental health, substance use, and life transition challenges.
